Recruitment Consultant
Job Description
OSS is an established recruitment agency working in the Construction, Industrial and Events industries in Ireland and the UK. We are currently looking to add a recruitment consultant to our head office team based in Clondalkin, Co. Dublin.
Training will be provided to the right candidate but a background in recruitment- particularly in the construction, industrial or events industry is preferred.
Specific areas of responsibility:
Work directly with clients to understand their individual recruitment needs and priorities and be responsible for driving new business
Actively contact new and existing candidates with an understanding of these client requirements
Candidate screening and interviewing
Efficient recording of all correspondence with candidates and clients through the use of our recruitment management system
Relevant communication with clients and employees by phone and email
Site visits to oversee work where relevant
Education and Experience:
Third level degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience required
Driver’s license required
Working to tight deadlines and a demonstrated experience in exceeding targets
Personal Qualities:
Individual must be goal-orientated and a team-player while also being able to work independently
Strong communication skills
