Labour Manager
Job Description
OSS is an established recruitment agency working in the Construction, Industrial and Events industries in Ireland and the UK. We are currently looking to add a Labour Manager to our head office team based in Clondalkin, Co. Dublin.
Specific areas of responsibility:
Manage an established recruitment database and lead the recruitment process
Ensuring in conjunction with our Labour Managers that all labour requirements are met on a daily basis
Interviewing and meeting potential candidates
Meeting new clients’ needs and further developing the OSS brand through networking
Establish your own list of clients and developing them
Managing the employee database with our labour team
Attending and managing large one off labour projects
Sometimes working out of office hours
Ensure that all quality policies and procedure are being adhered to and observed
Ensure all health and safety policies are being observed
Education and Experience
At least 3 years of previous recruitment experience in a similar industry
An understanding of the fast pace of the industries we operate in
Microsoft office skills essential
Understanding of essential confidentiality of all Company information
Personal Qualities
Relate positively to other staff members
Organisation and communication skills
Willingness & enthusiasm to train on company software packages
Good business acumen and an understanding of the key performance indicators that will determine the success of this role
Be able to function as part of a young hungry team and lead this expanding company to future growth
