Human Resource Generalist
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resource Generalist to join our Recruitment Team in our Head Office in Clondalkin, Co. Dublin. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Specific areas of responsibility:
Carry out relevant employee relations
Partner with management to implement policies and procedures
Working to internal deadlines
Managing of HR Database
Education and Experience:
Third level degree in HRM essential
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role essential
UK experience an advantage
Experience in operating in the construction/ industrial/ events industries advantageous
Full clean driver’s license preferred
Supporting the recruitment team in the on boarding of new staff to include drafting contracts, reference and certificate checks and delivering and co-ordinating inductions
Personal Qualities:
Attention to detail essential
Highly organised and has ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Dependable, honest and confidential
Possess the ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative and take instruction well
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
