Job Description

We are currently recruiting event staff of all levels for exciting upcoming event work in Ireland and the UK.

Work is available on a part-time basis, but transport is frequently available to bring staff with the right skills to large events. Each new staff member is added to our recruitment management system with their permission, which is our first point of reference when we need to add additional members to our team.

Specific areas of responsibility:

Setting up and breaking down events
Loading and unloading trucks
Building and breaking down temporary stages and seating structures
Rigging/De-rigging Sound, AV, and lighting equipment
Set Building
Show Calls
Carrying/lifting furniture and equipment
Must be able to push and pull equipment of various sizes and weights and partake in the relevant physical activity to fulfil the tasks required

Education and Experience

Background in event work preferred but not essential for all roles available
Safe Pass and Manual Handling Training (Manual Handling training can be provided through “MyLearning.ie” if necessary

Personal Qualities

A keen interest in the live events industry
Strong teamwork skills required
